History - Techsol Group

Techsol Group has changed a lot since its origins over 20 years ago. Founded in Ross-on-Wye, it has since relocated to Cardiff and expanded its product and service offering via a combination of organic growth, diversification and acquisitions.

Amitech IT was awarded Sophos Platinum Partner Status

2017

Micross Logic became a Sage Platinum Partner

2016

Acquired Applied Business Solutions, a Pegasus partner to increase our service offering and geographical spread across the South West

2016

Bit Systems recreated as a specialist POS and stock control company as a split off from Micross Logic

2014

Acquired the trade of Coast Business Solutions in Plymouth to expand into Sage Manufacturing

2013

Micross Logic became a Sage Strategic Partner

2012

Created Micross Logic as a spin off from Micross Apps as a specialist Sage solutions providers

2012

Acquired Bit Systems in Cornwall to increase our Sage service offering and geographical spread

2008

Created Micross Group (now Techsol Group) as a vehicle for further expansion and growth

2007

Became a Microsoft Silver Partner

2006

Created Micross IT (now Amitech IT) as a spin off from Micross Apps to specialise in IT managed services

2005

Became an accredited Sage partner, reseller and developer

2002

Began offering IT managed services as a Microsoft partner
